Everyone is different, and whilst many of our clients are happy to look after themselves following initial training, others require some form of technical support or find they progressively need to develop their system in line with their growing businesses.
We offer a range of support, at various levels, to suit each customer’s requirements, with combinations of Telephone, Email, and on-line support being made available and tailored as required.
In addition, on-line training is provided to our clients within the cost of each system and can range from one to four sessions dependent upon the product purchased. However, should it be required then further sessions can be arranged.
Given the rapidly changing aspects of the computing industry, StableMate Systems Ltd can also provide advice and assistance in the selection of the necessary computer hardware and communications. However, should it be required, StableMate Systems Ltd will arrange for the purchase, configuration and installation of a single Pc to the implementation of fully functioning computer networks.
